With the title penciled, in a period hand, mount recto; and the title and photographer's name printed mount verso. NOTE: Muckross was built in 1448 as a Franciscan friary. It is known, in part, for its cloisters which surround a massive yew tree. The yew is said to be as old as the abbey itself. |
