NOTE: Hyman was a San Francisco architect who obtained degrees at UC Berkeley and Columbia University. He continued his studies in Paris at the École des Beaux Arts.
The Château de Blois is located in Loir-et-Cher in the Loire Valley. It is renowned for its architecture and sculptural details, one of which is this bas-relief of a porc-epic.
