Lotta Mignon Crabtree (1847 to 1924) was an actress, entertainer and comedian. She made her name in California, left to tour the east coast in the early 1860s, and by 1875 was performing across the nation with her own theatrical company. She retired from the stage in 1891, and lived out the remainder of her life in Boston.
