H. A. Parker was a California photographer, primarily based in Pasadena. Parker was a member of the Photographers' Association of California. In addition, he was a contributor to the monthly "Camera Craft" magazine published by the San Francisco Camera Craft Publishing Co. His photographs appeared in the1918 Volume XXV edition.
